Business aviation,
no improvising.

Who we are

Business aviation is a business of detail.
The detail is our job.

OYA exists for a simple reason: keeping an aircraft flying takes far more work than people expect — and that work is almost never the owner's actual business.

Documents with expiry dates, inspections with deadlines, crew duty time and training to track, vendors to quote, permits to obtain. Dozens of fronts that stay invisible day to day, and that ground an entire operation the moment one of them fails.

We take those fronts on. The owner decides; OYA executes, follows through and answers for it. Nothing is left hanging, waiting for someone to remember.

How we work

Method before urgency.

01

Assessment

We map where the aircraft and the operation actually stand: paperwork, contracts, costs, maintenance status and how the team is set up.

02

Plan

We define the scope, the calendar of obligations and who answers for each front. All of it with deadlines and records.

03

Routine

The operation starts running on its own, with continuous oversight and regular reporting to the owner.

Principles

Three commitments we do not trade away.

Not slogans — they are what decides whether we take a job on.

  • Safety over convenience. If the operation is not compliant, it does not leave the ground.
  • Cost transparency. Quotes compared, invoices checked, reporting open. No margin hidden inside a vendor.
  • Responsiveness. Whoever picks up knows your operation and has the authority to solve it.
OYA Aviation symbol

The brand

A butterfly and an aircraft.

The OYA symbol brings together the two ideas behind the work: the lightness of flying without a thought for what happens backstage, and the precision of an air operation that leaves no room for error.
